New Mexico's Blogosphere's Queen Sucia
When you've got the inbred children of neo-cons running around puking
their guts out drunk (like the vastly underaccomplished Bush twins) and
getting arrested for fake IDs (the vastly inebriated Bush twins) and
you've got their kids forging prescriptions for drugs because they are
junkies (Bush's little freaky crack-ho niece) or because they are
driving drunk over the lawn of their ex-girlfriend in an effort to run
her over (Bush angry alcoholic nephew)
Please go and read her complete post it will be well worth it!
Here are some stories that I've read already:
I'm saying a novena for the country because
SecDef Rumsfeld has "no plans to retire," reports Reuters. LINK
Another example of policy being set at the expense of hard working immigrants, Per the Washington Times' Stephen Dinan, "the House Judiciary Committee
yesterday voted down an amendment that would have created a path to
citizenship for most illegal aliens before passing a bill to require
employers to check employees' documents to ensure workers are legal." LINK
This just makes you want to bang your head against wall but it's also proof that bush & co are hardly going down w/o a fight,
The Washington Post's Jim VandeHei on President Bush, the money-magnet despite his poll numbers. LINK
I hate to play the race card but the elitist The New York Times editorial board slams Gov-elect Corzine's first
major decision for selecting a "business as usual" politician to
replace him in the Senate. LINK
As La Reyna posted this morning
He is a social liberal in most other arenas, and is pro-union, pro-choice, and anti-Bush.
...he proves that you can be BOTH a liberal democrat and critical of Castro's Cuba.
I have to admit that this ones personal for me as I just spent 3 months in North Jersey (Essex County) managing a field campaign for the John Corzine campaign. Hudson County was right next door and many a night I spent with Hudson County operatives and listening to political tales of Congressman Menendez and how he had to fight his way to the top. While I never had the opportunity to personally meet, now Senator Menendez, his record is admirable and deserves more from an elitist institution who can't even detect plagiarism (even if it crawled out of their ass and laid one on their lips) or report the facts.
What's that NYT's I can't hear you. Ummm why don't you issue one of your infamous public apologies for insinuating that Senator Menendez is corrupt. I don't see any indictments with his name. North Jersey politics is rough, but most corrupt pols go to jail. Corrupt pols like former republican Gov. John G. Rowland and republican Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham
Ahh the double standard that exists of being Latino in this country if you're a liberal. And as far as as corruption goes nothing compares to the bush's corruption.
George Bush reaped $14 million from selling
his $600,000 stake in a deal that involved the building of a new
stadium for the Texas Rangers. George profited handsomely while
taxpayers were stiffed for the money to subsidize Bush and his
investment partners.
Jeb Bush Defaulted on a $4,56 million loan from Broward Federal Savings in
Sunrise, Florida. After federal regulators closed the S&L, the
office building that Jeb used the $4.56 million to finance was
reappraised by the regulators to $500,000 which Bush and his partners
paid. Taxpayers were socked the remaining $4 million tab.
Neil
Bush was director of Silverado Banking, Savings and Loan in Denver. After
the S&L lent Bush and his partners over $200 million in loans for
JNB Exploration, Neil's unsuccessful oil company, Neil's partners
welshed on $132 million in loans, partly resulting in the failure of
the S&L. Federal regulators determined that Neil was completely
dependent on his partners for his income. The S&L's failure cost
taxpayers $1 billion.
THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY!
